I did this painting in October 2024 as a demo during Culture Days. I love the Kluane Lake area, especially during the winter.

I’ve camped at Marsh Lake campground several times. I like the campground, although it does have the disadvantage of having cell service, a situation I prefer to avoid while camping.

Sometimes, you don’t need to go to exotic locations for subject matter. I’ve done a number of paintings from either my front or back deck, and this is one.
